FAQ’s

No you don't have to book however we do get busy especially during school holidays and Saturdays. 

We politely request you don’t.  We do have a refreshments menu with an extensive range of hot and cold drinks.  We don’t offer food and due to any allergies that other customers may have, we ask you don’t bring your own.

Exceptions: All Parties, Baby food/milk, special diets and Adult Paint Evenings. 

We have many items to paint ranging from £7 – £49 currently. If you would like the price of something particular, please contact us.

No everything is included in the item price.

One week. If you have a time issue we will try our best to get it back to you when needed. Please note that we can only keep uncollected pottery for 1 month.  This is due to very limited space. If you cannot collect during our opening hours we do have an alternative out of hours collection point at the studio.

Yes, we are very happy to deliver the finished pieces to you at work or home.  Small fee applies.  Talk to us for price.

If you do not finish your painting we can offer a returning session another day (within 1 month of your first visit), for which you will pay an £5 for visits Tuesday – Friday.  Saturday or school holiday finishing sessions will incur a £10 fee.

We take card and cash payments.
